At Zina Farms, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is spoiled upon arrival (photo evidence required)

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened food items
  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Orders delayed by courier beyond our control
