Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is spoiled upon arrival (photo evidence required)
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened food items
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Orders delayed by courier beyond our control
